Shipping Policy

  1. All items are sent via next working day delivery (order by 2pm)
  2. Orders placed over the weekend will be processed the next working day

Returns Policy

Prior to dispatch, every PhoneTab device undergoes a full cosmetic, hardware and software check, verified by certified Apple refurbishment teams. This 47 point check is then stored for future reference and is available upon request. 
If for any reason you are not 100% happy with your purchase from PhoneTab, you can return the item to us, in its original condition, within 14 days of receipt.
Provided the item (including all accessories and original packing) is returned to PhoneTab within 14 days and 1 week of receipt, we will issue a full refund after the item has been inspected by our returns department.
PhoneTab is also happy to replace your item for you if requested, in place of issuing a refund.
Should your device become faulty after the initial 14 day period, but within 365 days of purchase, please contact PhoneTab to arrange a repair. PhoneTab may decide to replace the device with another device of the same specification, model and colour.
If the returned device was damaged while in your care, or is returned incomplete, we will restore the device to its original condition and issue a pro-rata refund to you.
Normal wear and tear and accidental damage is excluded from the 12 month warranty.
